Welcome to the Aspire Clubhouse Weekly Activities Timetable for Program 1.


Our weekly sessions are designed to support connection, creativity, confidence, independence, and social participation in a welcoming and supportive online environment.


This timetable was developed through Aspire Clubhouse’s community co-design process, helping shape activities that reflect participant interests, strengths, and meaningful skill development opportunities.


Each activity has been thoughtfully developed to encourage skill-building, self-expression, routine, and meaningful engagement through guided and structured sessions.


Program 1 runs from Tuesday 28 July 2026 to Thursday 3 September 2026.


Pricing

$120 AUD per activity set, including:

  • 6 x 1-hour online sessions (held weekly)
  • guided learning within a small group setting
  • supporting resources

Makers & Mindfulness

Creativity, Calm & Sensory Exploration

Guided sensory-based creative sessions

Participants explore hands-on creative activities designed to support relaxation, sensory regulation, emotional wellbeing, and self-expression through textures, colours, and mindful making.




Crafty Crew

Creative Projects, Focus & Fine Motor Skills

Structured creative activities with guided support

Participants work on fun, hands-on projects that encourage focus, planning, creativity, and fine motor development in a supportive and relaxed environment.




Wednesday — Creative & Social


Cooking with a Twist

Cooking, Confidence & Everyday Living Skills

Guided cooking sessions with structured support

Participants explore themed recipes while building practical kitchen skills including meal preparation, sequencing, kitchen safety, confidence, and independence in everyday routines.




Creative Cast

Communication, Creativity & Confidence

Guided drama and performance activities

Participants build confidence, communication, imagination, and self-expression through interactive drama games, storytelling, movement, and creative performance activities.




Together We Play!

Games, Connection & Social Interaction Skills

Facilitated games-based learning

Participants build social confidence through structured games and group activities that encourage teamwork, communication, turn-taking, problem-solving, and positive social interaction.




Thursday — Grow & Thrive


My Life, My Way

Life Skills, Planning & Everyday Independence

Structured planning and real-life scenario sessions

Participants develop practical everyday skills including planning routines, setting goals, organising schedules, and building confidence with day-to-day decision-making and independence.




Options & Opportunities Lab

Strengths, Goals & Future Pathways

Facilitated exploration and planning sessions

Participants explore personal strengths, interests, and future possibilities while developing confidence, decision-making, self-awareness, and goal-setting skills in a supportive environment.
