Our Story
What do you aspire to?
Aspire Clubhouse creates opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum to connect, participate and grow within an inclusive online community.
Founded by a former Special Education Teacher, Vocational Education and Training (VET) Trainer, and parent, Aspire Clubhouse was established in response to a challenge experienced by many adults on the autism spectrum.
Each year, people transition beyond school, training or other structured supports with valuable strengths, interests and potential. Yet opportunities for social connection, meaningful participation, skill development and personal growth can become more difficult to find.
Aspire Clubhouse was created to help bridge that gap.
Today, members from across Australia can come together to explore interests, build confidence, develop skills, form friendships and create new opportunities for their future.
Why We Exist
We believe that opportunity should not end when formal education does.
Our mission is simple:
Adults on the autism spectrum shouldn't lose opportunity beyond formal education, they should build it.
Opportunity can take many forms:
- Learning and skill development
- Pathways to employment
- Social and community connection
- Independent living skills
- Personal wellbeing
- Creative expression
- Leadership and contribution
Whether members are seeking connection, confidence, new experiences or future pathways, Aspire Clubhouse is here to support that journey.

Our Values

Our values are intentionally aligned with the member journey, helping ensure that every decision, program and opportunity contributes to greater connection, participation and growth.
Belong
Everyone deserves a place where they feel welcome, respected and valued.
We create opportunities for people to connect, participate and contribute in ways that work for them. We celebrate individuality and foster a culture of acceptance and inclusion.
Connect
Strong communities are built through relationships.
We bring people together through shared experiences, friendships and collaboration. We create welcoming spaces where meaningful connections can flourish.
Listen
The best outcomes are created together.
We value the voices, experiences and ideas of our members, families and partners. We seek feedback, learn from one another and use co-design to shape our programs and services.
Participate
Growth happens through meaningful participation.
We encourage members to explore interests, develop skills, build confidence and engage in activities that support their goals, wellbeing and aspirations.
Empower
People thrive when they have choice and opportunity.
We support members to make decisions, develop independence and pursue their aspirations. We focus on strengths, capabilities and possibilities.
Improve
We are always learning and evolving.
We reflect on what works, embrace new ideas and continually seek ways to enhance the experiences and outcomes of our members.

Our Impact
Success is measured by more than attendance.
We see impact in the friendships formed, confidence gained, skills developed and opportunities created through participation.
Every member's journey is different. Some are building social connections. Others are exploring employment pathways, developing independence, learning new skills or pursuing personal interests.
Together, these experiences help create a stronger, more connected and more inclusive community.
Membership
Membership is free for eligible applicants aged 18 years and over, subject to Aspire Clubhouse's Membership Terms and Conditions.
We welcome adults on the autism spectrum from across Australia who are seeking opportunities to connect, participate and grow.
Participation is not dependent on NDIS funding, helping make opportunities accessible to a broader range of adults on the autism spectrum across Australia.
